Cavaletti poles to help improve coordination

This 6 year old Great Dane has poor awareness of where his feet are. He can be so unaware of his rear end that he will start going down some stairs, and not even try to move his hind paws onto the stairs, resulting in a few bad falls down the stairs

His problems started after being t-boned by another Dane in his mid-back, where the nerves to his hind end go through his spinal canal. Spinal adjustments to improve motion and decrease the pressure on the delicate nerve tissue, thus increasing sensory stimulation to his brain. We are also using rehab exercises like Cavaletti poles to help him become more coordinated and hopefully get him moving properly again.
